Are you DC Directory or AD integrated? In either case, the end-user
password will be set to a default specified for all users during the
upgrade process - this is a moot point if you are AD integrated. In
addition, end-user PIN will be reset to a default specified during install.
There are some intricacies within ccmadmin with respect to setting
callforward search spaces, make sure to read up on this prior to doing
the upgrade.
Beyond that, and the aformentioned phone UI changes due to firmware
updates I can't recall terribly many end-user noticeable changes.
Granted, I'm probably glossing over something very obvious :)
