A Call Handler won't eat a VM or UM user license.
IMHO, a Mailbox is far easier to change recorded name and greeting. Less user training.

Subject: [cisco-voip] Call Handler vs. Mailbox with options?
Is there any benefit to setting up a Call Handler instead of a Voice
Mailbox with caller input options?
