Assuming you are using the standard conversation, it is 44. This is
mentioned in the user guide:

and, while not announced during the default menu on the phone, the menu
does say you can dial 0 for help/additional commands, and it is listed
there. Note, however, that live reply, by default, can only be done on a
message from another UC user, not outside callers. When you tested it,
was the message from another UC user?
