[cisco-voip] Stripping the first digit

[new look]

Dear All, 
How can I strip the first digit as shown below?
dial-peer voice 35 pots
 destination-pattern 90[^012678]..T
  port 0/0/0
for example 90885679076
How can I strip 9 only from the above pattern and forward only 0885679076
