[cisco-voip] bulk associate phones to users with Ldap

Do a bulk update of users, using "USER ID" as one field and "ASSOCIATED DEVICE 1" as the second field. The device name (not just the MAC address) goes in the second field.

That's how I've always done it.

If you know the samAccountName, you can also bulk in the users and phones together, BEFORE turning on DirSync, when you turn on DirSync, the existing users who have a match will retain their device associations. Beware, those without a match (USER ID = samAccountName) go inactive, and will be deleted at the next purge.
