[cisco-voip] change http timeout for admin/service pages in 6.x

Hi Tim,

Doesn't like anything is avialable currently.  CSCsj45520 is open as an 
enhancement request for this.  It is not currently visible in Bug 
toolkit but will be by end of next week.  Please contact your Cisco 
Account Team to lend support to this enhancement request.
