[cisco-voip] TAPI Drivers

I am trying to get a server set up to integrate into CallManager using
TAPI.  I have a user account with CTI Application Use enabled.  The
account also has several lines associated with it.  Some of the lines
are actual lines on a physical phone, some are on CTI route points.

After installing the Tapi drivers on the other machine, I can only call
out using the lines on the physical phone, not the CTI route points. 
When I try to make a call using the CTI route point lines, I just get a
message that the call failed to connect.

By the way, we have CallManager 4.1(3), and I am using dialer.exe to
test the connection between the TAPI machine and CallManager.
