No worries

Then do this. Create multiple ephone-Dns with the same number and overlay them

Ephone-dn 1
Number  1333
Pref 1

Ephone-dn 2
Number 1333
Pref 2

Ephone-dn X
Number 1333
Pref 3

Then on the ephones do this

Ephone 1
Button 2o1,2,3,x,x

Ephone 2
Button 2o1,2,3,x,x

This way if someone calls, 1333 it will hit ephone-dn 1 and ring on all phones, next call will find ephone-1 busy and hunt to ephone-dn which will ring on the other phones, etc ,etc

Ephone-hunt 1 longest-idle
pilot 1333
list 1900,1901,1902,1903,1904,1906,1906
timeout 5
hops X <-- however many phones you want it to ring on. Before you send it to a final number
final XXXX <-- last extension to send the call to if no one answers

Hi there thanks for getting back to me, yes they are have set up a connection plar 1333, so all voice channels call this so makes each phone ring, as a 2nd button..

Are people calling the 1333 number by any chance? That is not a dual line but I do see that you have that line shared on various phones.

I have a problem with cisco 2811 cme, I have 2 BRI (4lines) and 6 phones all calls our to receive the calls.

But when one of the extension is on a call no one else can receive calls. Look at my config, is there something missing..
