[cisco-voip] MCS-7825I-3.0-IPC1 Memory

I have an MCS-7825I-3.0.IPC1 that I am trying to upgrade from 4.1(3) to
6.1.(1) but it only has 1GB RAM. I am trying to work out what memory I need
for it. I know that it is an IBM xSeries 306, but I can't work out exactly
which server in this line it is. I believe it takes either PC2700 or PC3200
ECC memory. Does anyone know which it is?
