According to http://www.cisco.com/en/US/prod/collateral/voicesw/
ps6788/vcallcon/ps556/ps5820/prod_bulletin0900aecd80284099.html the
7825I-3.0 is a xSeries x306, which you already knew. According to
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/prod/collateral/voicesw/ps6790/ps5748/
ps378/product_solution_overview0900aecd80091615.html the part number
for the 512Mb PC2700 ECC DDR UDIMM is 06P4054.

I have an MCS-7825I-3.0.IPC1 that I am trying to upgrade from 4.1(3)
to 6.1.(1) but it only has 1GB RAM. I am trying to work out what
memory I need for it. I know that it is an IBM xSeries 306, but I
can't work out exactly which server in this line it is. I believe it
takes either PC2700 or PC3200 ECC memory. Does anyone know which it is?

Thanks,
Adam
