[cisco-voip] redirect admin:run sql to a file

AXL is preferred interface for any type of systemic updates.  CLI is for 
troubleshooting purposes only. The CLI is also subject to change at any 
time without notice or warning.  Whereas AXL is at least tested for 
backward compatibility.
