[cisco-voip] TAPS with UCM 6

All I know is I install w2k3 with IIS and then install SP1. Do my new reg
hacks, which are not the same as the old ones, install the cisco OS updates
and install UCCX 5.0 and start tapping in phones. Maybe that is way more but
it is about the same as I did for the windows 2000 OS.
