[cisco-voip] DC Directory Manager Password Change

I have a Directory Connection Failed error on one of the subscribers.
 
I have tried to change passwords using ccmpwdchange and then synching
eveything up using AdminUtility but still have the error.
 
I have tried to change the password on the subscriber using
ccmpwdchanger and it won't let me as the password it wrong.  I know I am
supposed to only use the ccmpwdchanger tool on the publisher and as I
have tried that and it doens't work thought this would.  
 
I know the password is incorrect on this specific subscriber but can't
change it.
 
Any ideas?
