Hi all, i am gonna send my query first time in this topic and dont know wether its appropriate to put my query in this forum or not.So accept my apology if it is not the case.
I want to know if time based queing is possible in scripting in ICM 7.x or not. we wanna ensure our service level commitment to different types of callers and want to chek if the longest caller in queue does exceed the threshhold so we put the queue in top of the queue.Otherwise (if he do not exceed the threshhold time), he will be in the queue according to the default behavour of the the ICM. Is this possible or not? If yes then anybody have the clue?
Thanks
Iffi
