1. I have not seen an option for an audible indicator (just by looking
thought the AC software). Is she going to have a phone near her as well?
Our receptionist uses her 7961 as the audible indicator.
2. We have not run into any issues with dual monitors either (running it
on 2 PCs for about a year). We had a bit of trouble getting the software
setup and configured, but IIRC that had little to do with the dual monitors.
