Serious Medicine for the Defense R 

We just used the standard CCMAdministrator application user in
CallManager for the AXL User, and that has the Standard AXL APL Access
role. The JTAPI and RMCM users get autocreated in CallManager during the
install, and looking at them right now, they just have Standard CTI
Enabled.

is there a doc on CCO that describes the permissions needed for each
application user for UCCx?

 

AXL User

CM Subsystem user

RM user
