[cisco-voip] CCM 4.1.3 - Authentication to 'SQL Server and Windows' for authentication from 'Windows Only'

We have done this and encountered no problems.

You will also need to add a SQL user to the CDR database for remote login.

The main issue, as far as I understand it, with mixed mode is that there 
is less security using plain SQL login.  Use strong passwords and give 
limited access (via firewall/ACL) to the SQL port (1433 I believe) to 
reduce the threat.
