[cisco-voip] Upgrading CRA 3.1(3) to 3.5(4) Problem

I am running into an issue upgrading standalone CRA from 3.1(3) to 3.5(4).
After I insert Disc 2 and click "OK" I get an error...

"A critical error occured while trying to stage files for installation.  The
install cannot continue.  See stiSetup.log for more detail"

Anyone had this issue?
