If I remember correctly you need to check Redirecting Number IE Delivery
- Outbound. We have the same issue, but when I check it, our carrier
does not recognize the originating number as being able to make a long
distance call and reject it.

I have a call forward issue. If I forward my phone to my mobile phone I
get my own number shown on the mobile. Is it possible to configure CM to
send the number of the caller.
We run a CM 4.2(3)
