Adam -
This is correct. Here is the bug report....CSCsk06752. If you do want to
upgrade, you will notice that there is a workaround, use the Bulk Edit and
that works. I had the same issue here and also used the AudioText Manager
in the Tools Depot, which works great. Hope this helps
Dave

Hello,
This is a bug. There is an ES, which I believe is ES33.123 That's what
fixed my problem.
Thanks,
James

Subject: [cisco-voip] Unity 5.0 Call Handler Message Recipient
I'm trying to change the recipient of the messages for a Call Handler on a
new Unity 5.0 install, however each time I modify this setting it is
automatically changed back to the default of going to the unaddressed
messages distribution list. I have changed the owner of the Call Handler to
the subscriber i want the messages to go to and that setting sticks, just
not the recipient portion. Has anyone run into this before, or have any
ideas of how to get around this?
Thanks,
Adam
