[cisco-voip] TSP Integration with Microsloth Outlook

It would be helpful if Cisco had a document on Cisco.com on how to
troubleshoot TSP issues, etc.

several folks on this list have it working already.  all the normal CTI
things apply. only difference from original document is new CTI settings
for 6.x of group membership and cti enabled on line. it's really no
different than any other cti integration.
