hi guys

..

well, i've already declared it as bug, but maybe i'm missing something..

to be honest i'd be happy to find out it's not a problem, but unfortunatelly
i doubt it..

CUCM 6.1 - 6.1.1.2000(3)..

on MCS7816 servers..

system with about 50 phones..

all configured and running..

when listing the devices by description or device name everything looks fine
( no querry, empty filed )..

all the devices are registred..

BUT..

when listing the devices by directory number ( i believe the most used
search of them all ), also no specefic querry..

few of devices are showing like not-registred ( 4-5 of them ), although thay
are registred..

when we put a querry with DN of some of those particulare device DNs it
shows like it is registred and it really is..

?..

and further more..

also, when searching devices by directory number ( again without specific
querry ), the results are mixed up ( ip addresses, types of phone etc. ),
even for those which are registred..

?..

ANY IDEAS..

if it is a bug then it is a disaster..

beacuse..

admins usally search devices based on direcotry number, and in huge system
when you see 100 phones unregistred and they actually are registred, your
heart can just pop-out..

:-)..

thanx..

regards..
