[cisco-voip] CCM 5.1.3000.-2 & CP-7971G problem with the transfer

Guys,

Did anyone ever experience following issue:

 

User are trying to transfer the call from one phone to another. User
presses a Transfer softkey and call destination phone. Destination phone
rings and when user press transfer key again transfer fails. Call stays
on hold and cannot be transferred. In some cases call disappear from the
phone but transfer is not successful. This is reported on one remote
location and issue is intermittent. 

 

 

Any insight will be helpful
