Hello, all.
We're configuring a simple scenario to access internal extensions from remote sites when wan line is down. We're using a DISA number to access internal extensions.
What we're doing is to add a prefix with the DISA number plus a couple of commas, like this:
prefix 923294500,,
The purpose of the commas is to allow the DISA to answer the call and give the new dial tone, so when the user dials extension '1234', we're dialing 923294500,,1234.
The problem we've looks like our ISDN is not inserting any waiting when the commas are reached in the dialing string. We've also tried with translation profiles but no difference.
Is there any known limitation about this commas over ISDN? if not, what else could we try?
Thanks and regards.
