[cisco-voip] CCM 4.2.3 (on 7825) upgrade to CCM 6.1

If the 7825 meets the following requirements, you should be fine,
2.0Ghz processor, 2GB of RAM and 72GB of HD.

You will need to upgrade to IPCC 5.0
