Since your moving to exchange 2k7 I would look at upgrading to Unity 5.x due
to the compatiblity.
I upgraded to Unity 5.0es21 a few months ago. I'm UM and currently
partnered with my Exchange 2k3 box. but we are in the process of migrating
users over to the exchange 2k7 box so I still need to re-partner the Unity
box with Exchange 2k7. But currently I have two E2k3 backend servers and 1
E2k7 box.
I would just get your Unity 5.x upgrade scheduled because your going to need
to do it.
