just search cisco.com for Extension Mobility. it's pretty easy to
setup.
create the EM service
check the EM box on the device and add the service.
create the EM profiles and add the EM service
associate the users the the profiles
Then it's just a matter of loging in and out.

Oh, by hotelling I mean user logs into the phone and it becomes their
extension/phone/etc. One of our sites is undergoing renovation and we
need to stick ~30 people into 9 desks/phones (the wonders of 3 shifts).
