In other words, if you delete these users, your Unity system will stop
working...

Hello,

The system creates these accounts and uses them in Exchange for message
delivery.

Thanks,

James

Subject: [cisco-voip] Unity accounts

I have Unity 5.0 that was upgraded from Unity 4.0.5. I'm running UM
back ended with Exchange 2k3 and migrating to E2k7. I have found two
accounts that I'm not quite sure about.

USbms_<servername>

and

Unity_<servername>

They are currently disable accounts but I'm wondering if someone created
them or if the system did.

Is there any reason to keep them?

Scott
