It takes an MCU to do that, 2811 dsp's do not support video as far as I know.
Meetingplace is also an option.

Hi all the people in this great forum, just one question. I have a CCM 4.1(3)sr7 and a VoiceGW 2811 that provides me the nessesary DSPs, is it possible to make a video call that includes three or four parties like a conference over a single site. I have the necessary SW and HW (VT Advantage, VT Camera).
