[cisco-voip] MOH on callmanagers

Just like a regular radio station or XM or Serrius wouldn't you need
re-broadcast rights or face RIAA fines? I had a customer get a letter in
the mail from RIAA last year asking for proof of rights on a certain
song, they changed the media...
