[cisco-voip] Private password phrase

Assuming CM 4.x or earlier...
Open up AdminUtility, authenticate. Select all servers, all
services, and then go to Options->Set New Password. This will change
the private password phrase on all servers and will reset any service
that relies on a system user who's password was changed. Be prepared
for all services on all servers to be restarted (ie don't do this
during the middle of the day).
If you want to try and guess what your current password is, use
"Check Password Synchronized". This just tests the passwords and
doesn't reset or change anything.

Can someone please tell me how to recover my Private password phrase.
I've read about adminutility but can somebody tell me in details how
to find and/or change it.
Ratko.
