[cisco-voip] Linux Appliance and File Sharing

I have noticed with the appliance model that there is a whole list of
bugs related to disk space. The disk space always seems to get consumed
with either log files or pdf reports. What seems to be a simple fix is
that all the logs and reports would be in a directory that has samba
file sharing turned on for that folder. That was we
(consultants/end-users) and connect via a windows share to that folder
and clear out unnecessary logs and reports as opposed to having to
involved tac and have them root in to simply delete files.
Is there any chance of solution like the above to this problem?
Thanks..
