[cisco-voip] Bulk Change Directory Number

It's CCM 4.2(1) so AXL is available... i guess I'll just have to cobble
together some sort of script to take care of it. I had already thought about
that on the CM side... I wasn't sure about the Unity side though... can I
just edit the table and restart the Unity services?
