[cisco-voip] Bulk Change Directory Number

Depending on the exact situation, bulk edit or bulk import should do the 
job. Bulk edit will allow you to perform a manipulation on the existing 
extension (add/strips digits, increment by fixed value, etc). If the 
changes are all over the place, you'll need to use Bulk Import, which 
will let you use a csv to map the new extensions to the users.
