[cisco-voip] Unity user name change and info store move problem

I think it'd be helpful for you to do some more tests to isolate the 
problem. You say if you change the user's name and ID (I assume this 
means exchange or AD alias?), then move the mailbox, you get this 
failure. What if you change the order around? What if you wait between 
steps? What if you just wait after making all of the changes? It takes 
time for Unity to pick up changes in AD/Exchange, it does not pick them 
up immediately. What if you change the name from Unity instead of ADUC 
(assuming that's what you are doing)?
