[cisco-voip] WS-x6608-E1 like MTP Hardware

take a look at the output of show port X/Y

is the port enabled, in the correct VLAN, correct IP Address, TFTP
Server, CallManagers etc...
can you ping the IP Address of the port from the CUCM Server?
