[cisco-voip] CME 4.1 7915 Firmware

Make sure you have the matching CME 4.1 firmware for the 791X model and
the 7961 (or whatever) as well and that it is loading (check the phone's
firmware load and what it reports the 791X as having as well).

Make sure you ephone is configured right:
ephone  5
 mac-address 001A.A22B.XXXX
 type 7961 addon 1 7914 2 7914
