I'd also look at the hardware to make sure you have the same. You may
just not have a temperature probe at all on the chassis. Here's my

I don't think the 3560 has a temperature monitor..

c3560-1.bdr.mpls#show env temperature status
Temperature Value: Not Supported
Temperature State: Not Supported

If there's not one via CLI, there probably won't be any via SNMP either.
