[cisco-voip] mobile voice acess enterprise features

hi, have the same problem. i got moble connect working, can answer a call 
on remote destination. put it in exclusiv hold with *82, call the ivr, 
enter my pin,

 but when i enter then *84 oder *85 i only got " this is not  a existing 
combin ation" or something like this.

anyone knows what to do now?
