Bill,

The latest ES is 6.1.2.1123-1. You can get this through TAC if you're
running into a defect not yet fixed in a public ES. A new ES is built every
week. The one on the public site doesn't get updated each week. I'm not sure
of the exact interval that ES posting is updated.

To answer your question:

Yes 6.1.2.1112-1 contains all of the fixes that were contained in SU1a
6.1.2.1002-1. All of the CallManager ES releases are cumulative.
