[cisco-voip] Outbound CLI Problem

When you dial externally the number that you are dialling from, check to
ensure that the call is arriving on the gateway. The main point of this is
to ensure you send the call out where the DDI for this user is configured.
If you send it out any other PSTN connection and the DDI is not configured
on this PRI (on the Telco side) The CLID will display that if the ISDN Pilot
number.
