[cisco-voip] Details on CUBE/Gatekeeper license file for 12.4.22T ?

I thought I read on this list that 12.4.22T or higher has started
requiring a license file on the IOS router for CUBE or Gatekeeper
functionality?

 

Where on cisco.com can I read more about this, and how/where to obtain
this license? I thought a license file has to be installed on flash:
for cube to work going forward. 

 

 I need to upgrade a 2811 CUBE from 12.4.15T6 to 12.4.22T but don't want
to break the H323 to SIP features.
