[cisco-voip] TCL script.... more then one on a VGW

aaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhh!

I have a CMM blade and CNAME support is in 12.4.20T last I heard.  so an VGW
upgrade is my only choice.

<rant> once again, I buy a product that is being EoS. </rant>
