Hi James,

On CUCM CLI you can set the time zone of the system,

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

admin:set timezone ?
Syntax:
set timezone zone
zone     mandatory   This is the new timezone. Enter the appropriate string
                     or zone index id to uniquely identify the timezone.
                     A list of valid timezones can be obtained via the
                     following CLI command: show timezone list.

I have a CM 6.1 that will not connect to a NTP source   so now im manually configuring the time.  But i notice the the server timezone is wrong.
