Hi James,

Do you have two separate Route Patterns with separate Partitions for each of
the groups?

You can use the Dialled Number Analyser to find out which pattern is being
matched but what I'm guessing is that they are using the same route pattern
for external calls and thus the external phone number mask is being used for
both groups?

You should have

Group 1

RP 9.@ with a partition of Group_1_PT with the correct external phone number
mask

The Group_1_PT is the first in the list for the Device's (or Lines) CSS

Group 2

RP 9.@ with a partition of Group_2_PT with the correct external phone number
mask

The Group_2_PT is the first in the list of the Device's (or Lines) CSS

Alternativly

You *could* configure a external phone number mask on the individual lines
for each of the users and just select the "Use External Phone Number Mask"
on the RP, however as you can imagine could be quite administrative unless
BAT can take care of this for you.

Let me know if I'm going in the completely wrong direction :P

Cheers,

Johnny
