[cisco-voip] CUCM 6.1.(2) upgrade and phone loads

If you are going to upload phone loads that are newer than the default ones
for 6.1.2 then wait until after the upgrade.  If you are going with the
default ones then  you don't have to upload anything.

I will be upgrading from CUCM 6.1(1a) to 6.1.(2). Should the new default
phone loads be placed on the nodes in the current 6.1(1) active partition or
uploaded after the upgrade to 6.1(2) is complete and that is the active
partition?
