I'm not positive, but maybe under Reports using the subscriber activity
report?
To piece together a better picture of the call, you can also use ART on UCM
to determine the duration of the call and confirm the call went to Unity.
If you backup Unity regularly, perhaps you can pull the backup for that
night and see if the original message (wav) file was backed up.

Hi all, if you had to figure out if someone two months ago really left a
message for a subscriber, where would you look in Unity? I know where to
look to see if the call actually came in, but how do I know if it actually
went to voicemail and something got recorded? TIA.
