This can be done by setting the prompt on the shared lines to be None.  

Then the only indicator will be for the main line of that phone.

Does anyone know if the line above, which displays on my phone when I have a voice-mail, can be stopped for shared lines?


We are getting complaints from users who see this on their phones when a shared line has voice mail.
I've set their 'Message Waiting Lamp Policy' to Prompt only. They definitely don't want the light;)
