Thanks again for your input.
This is a customer live network and I'm wondering if there is any way to see what's happening in the CUE, like any debug or something like that?
Or any bug id for this? So that I can rationalize the reinstall.

We recently ran into the same issue, and was solved by doing a clean reinstall of the CUE software. It was a 3.1.1, and we installed a 3.2.2

Thanks for your input.
Actually the delay is after the CUE was called and connected from CME.
The greeting doesn't play for a long time(actually 20 seconds or so).
And the interdigit timeout is only 5 secs.
The problem is when I try to session into CUE module, CUE doesn't give me the prompt, it seems somehow stuck.
Any other suggestions?

Sounds like interdigit timeout.
Is this CallManager or CME calling into CUE?
If you're using CCM then grab a route plan report for the CTI RP DN.
If CME then look at all of the dial-peers for overlap.

CUE responds 15 seconds after the call hits the VM box. For example, when the call is forwarded to VM, you have to wait 15 seconds until you hear "Extension ..., is not available, please leave a message.....". Can anyone help me out with this?
