[cisco-voip] Route Pattern Caller Id

I mean, my dn is 5120 but when call one of outbound route pattern, i wanna
appear like 4415000.(dn range is 5000 and 5200)

Look at the external calling mask parameters on both the DN and route
pattern confit pages.
